By participating in a NMP event, guest allows and agrees to hold free of liability NMP for the usage of any images that may contain the guest for usage on the NMP homepage, all NMP social media pages as well as on promotional print and other advertising.  Should a guest request the non-usage of their image, NMP will take reasonable steps to remove all images in question within a reasonable time frame.



In order to provide a safe and fun environment for our guests, NMP reserves the right to refuse entry to and/or reservations from guests who:



1.  Are under 20 years old.
2.  Are under the influence of drugs or excessive alcohol
2.  Are inappropriately attired
3.  Are obnoxious or demonstrate inappropriate behavior
4.  Demonstrate improper etiquette in regards to eating and drinking



Violation of the conditions above may result in guests not being allowed to enter the party or to make future reservations for a NMP event.  Should a guest be disallowed to enter the party or make a reservation based on the above conditions we appreciate your understanding of our rights. NMP reserves the above rights under its own discretion.
